I had really high hopes for Haters by Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez. I had read The Dirty Girls Social Club when it first came out, and really enjoyed it. Since my best friend is Hispanic, it gave me some insight into things she's said in the past that I didn't really get. Additionally, I was looking forward to reading Haters because
cedarlibrarian had raved about it, and it's so rare for her to rave about a book.
Can you guess where I'm going with this post?

I haven't posted much in the last week or so, but I'm hoping to become more regular with posts now. I've had some upheaval lately, and I'm starting to settle back down.
